Information for residents

Step 1 - Application

Applications can only be submitted and processed via the central online form. Unfortunately, requests made through other channels cannot be considered.

Step 2 - Eligibility

Eligibility is determined solely by residency within the defined resident zone (ISO area) around the event grounds.

Step 3 - Available Benefits

Upon successful review, one of the following benefits may be granted:

• Festival Ticket(s)
• Hotel accommodation, arranged by us at our partner hotel Crowne Plaza Berlin City Centre Ku'damm
• or independent booking of a hotel or holiday accommodation with subsequent cost reimbursement according to applicable guidelines (original receipts required)

Step 4 — Documentation

A valid proof of residence is required for verification – for all household members who wish to claim compensation:

• Registration certificate, or
• Identification document with visible name and full address (other data may be redacted)

Who is eligible to apply?

All residents whose domicile is within the defined resident zone (ISO line) around the event grounds are eligible. Eligibility will be verified exclusively through our online form.

What compensation will I receive?

The type of compensation depends on your residential location within the resident zone (ISO line). Possible compensations include festival tickets, hotel accommodation through our partner hotel, or reimbursement for independently booked accommodation. You can find details on this under Application Overview, Step 3.

Which streets are eligible for which benefits?

The amount of compensation depends on your place of residence and its proximity to the event grounds. Whether your household is eligible and what benefits you are entitled to will be determined exclusively via the online form.

Compared to previous years, there will be changes to the assessment limits. As the final assessments are currently still underway, the exact address lists will be added here later.

How does the review process work?

Applications can only be submitted and processed via the central online form. After submitting your application, you will receive clear feedback regarding your eligibility and the intended benefits. Please submit your application by July 10, 2026, at the latest.

What documents are required?

For processing, we require valid proof of residence for all persons in the household who wish to claim a benefit. Accepted documents include a registration certificate (Meldebescheinigung) or an identification document showing the name and full address (other data must be blacked out).

What is the application deadline?

The form must be completed and submitted by July 10, 2026, at the latest. Applications received after this date unfortunately cannot be considered.

How many people from my household can apply?

In the form, please indicate the total number of eligible persons in your household – including children and teenagers. Lollapalooza Berlin sees itself as a multi-generational event that welcomes people of all ages.

How will I receive my ticket?

If you are allocated a ticket, you will receive a personal ticket link that you can redeem yourself. The ticket will be available digitally and can be conveniently saved in your smartphone's wallet app or printed out.

The information event for residents will take place on June 8, 2026, at the VILLA in Olympiapark. We will inform you about event times, setup and dismantling phases, noise protection measures, traffic and security concepts, as well as the resident program and potential compensation payments. On-site, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the event team.

Getting there — Public Transport

Take the S-Bahn to Pichelsberg station. From there, follow the signs to the Waldbühne. To the right of the Waldbühne is the Friedrich-Friesen-Allee entrance to the Olympic Park. The Villa is within walking distance from there.

Getting there — By Car

Access is via Passenheimer Straße, with the entrance at Friedrich-Friesen-Allee. Visitor parking is available – depending on event operations – along Friedrich-Friesen-Allee and in the designated parking areas within the Olympic Park.

Notes

• No parking is available in front of the Villa.
• The forecourt must be kept clear for fire access.
• A maximum speed of 20 km/h applies throughout the entire Olympic Park.
