When does the presale for Lollapalooza Berlin 2026 start?
The official pre-sale has already started. Tickets for Lollapalooza Berlin 2026 can be purchased HERE. We, as the organizers of Lollapalooza Berlin, say "NO to the ticket black market" and support the campaign of the same name. Therefore, we ask you to buy your tickets exclusively via the official channels as soon as the resale goes live and not via unauthorized platforms – often tickets are offered at inflated prices or they are even fake tickets or tickets that do not grant access to the festival.
What are the ticket categories for Lollapalooza Berlin 2026?
All details about the currently available ticket categories can be found in the ticket shop. To make sure you don't miss the sales launch, stay up to date with the Lollapalooza Berlin newsletter or the Lollapalooza app and follow us on our socials!
How do I receive my tickets?
Our tickets do not require paper: For Lollapalooza Berlin, there are only digital and mobile tickets available.
I bought my ticket through Universe: You can save your ticket in your Apple or Google wallet or simply download it as a PDF. You can do this directly from the confirmation email you will receive after your purchase.
I bought my ticket through Ticketmaster: The mobile ticket is directly linked to your Ticketmaster account and will be available via your ticket account a few days before the festival. You have to use the Ticketmaster app for this.
What do I have to consider when entering?
If you have purchased tickets for multiple people, they will all appear in your ticket account first. In order for people in your group to gain access to the festival site, each ticket must be passed on to the respective person via ticket personalization or via ticket transfer. You can find out how this works in the following.
How can I transfer my Lollapalooza Berlin 2026 ticket if we don’t travel together, I want to give the ticket as a gift or I can’t attend the festival?
On Universe, you can either transfer your ticket to another person via "transfer" or personalize your ticket via "edit". The difference here is that when you transfer the ticket, it goes directly to the other person's account (the person has to accept it). Personalization changes the name on the ticket, but the ticket remains in the buyer's account.
You can easily transfer tickets to friends by changing the name.
- Click on "Manage Order" in the confirmation email & set up the password for your Universe account.
- Log in to your Universe account.
- Click on "My Ticket".
- Click "More" next to the ticket.
- Click on "Edit Guest Information".
Personalisation changes the name on the ticket, but the ticket remains in the buyer's account.

Can I take my child between 0-11 years old with me, even if they don’t have a ticket?
No, children aged 0-11 also need a valid Kids Ticket to access the festival. These are free of charge up to the age of 6. Please note that kids tickets are limited. If they are sold out, no alternative ticket can be purchased for children up to 11 years of age to gain access to the festival site. Children's tickets can only be purchased in the second step of the adult ticket purchase process. They cannot be purchased separately.

Under 18 / Youth Protection
We look forward to visitors of all ages! For our youngest festival fans, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- Children and adolescents from 0 to 15 years of age may only attend the event if accompanied by a person with parental authority or guardian with a fully completed parental authority in conjunction with a valid admission ticket. You can find the form for the parental authority below.
- For young people aged 16 and over, access to the event will be approved until midnight without being accompanied by a person with custody or parental authority upon presentation of a fully completed participation permit. The participation permit must be presented upon entry to the event site. If minors aged 16 and over want to visit the event site after midnight, they must be accompanied by a person with parental authority or guardianship, including a completed parental authority.
"Personal custody" is a person who, alone or together with another person, is entitled to personal custody in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
"Guardian" can only be a person who meets the following requirements:
- The person is of legal age and has the necessary maturity to responsibly provide a child with the necessary support at the event.
- The person can present a power of attorney from a person with custody stating that the person is acting with the consent of the person with custody, whereby a copy of the identity card of the person with custody must also be presented together with the power of attorney.
- The person can ensure the child's journey home.
For the protection of children and adolescents, we are entitled to deny children access to the event if, at our discretion, the protection of the parents or guardians is not sufficiently guaranteed. In this regard, we would like to point out that rock and pop events are usually designed for an adult audience. As a family-friendly festival, we are happy when parents or guardians take part in our events together with their children. In such cases, we ask that you pay attention to the safety of children so that all visitors can enjoy the festival without any worries.
In particular, adequate hearing protection must be provided.
To the parental mandate for minors up to 15 years
To the permission to participate for minors aged 16-17

To ensure that lost property gets back to its owners, bring them to the Infopoint during the festival (see map in the app and on the website). There you can also ask for lost items. After Lollapalooza Berlin, we will take all items that have not been picked up to the Central Lost and Found Office Berlin, Platz der Luftbrücke 6, 12101 Berlin. You can find more information about opening hours and directions HERE.
You don't need to pack sandwiches and other food, they are not allowed on the festival grounds. However, there are plenty of food options for small and large appetites – whether vegetarian, vegan or suitable for allergy sufferers.
Drinking plenty of fluids is important, especially on hot days. For this reason, there are drinking water stations on the grounds at the mobile toilet facilities on Maifeld and in every fixed toilet of the Olympic Stadium. Here you are welcome to fill your foldable bottles of up to 500 ml of fresh drinking water free of charge. You can find the exact locations shortly before the festival using the location map in the Lollapalooza Berlin presented by Telekom app and on our website.

We wish for a pleasant and safe festival experience for every visitor, so please note: Crowdsurfing, stage diving, popping and also climbing onto the stage, trusses and other structures is prohibited. Anyone who does not comply with this can be excluded from the event.
Volume is perceived individually. We recommend that you have earplugs that fit your ears with you and use them to protect your hearing.
If you attend the festival with children, we ask you to provide suitable noise protection for the children, e.g. in the form of special earmuffs.
In the stadium, the rule is: Lights Off! Those who want to smoke can do so on the outdoor areas of the stadium and on the Maifeld. In the spirit of sustainability, please dispose of your cigarette butts in the appropriate containers that are distributed on the site.
Out of consideration for the children, we ask that you do not smoke in the Kidzapalooza.
Please think about the environment and keep it clean by always using the waste bins provided.
If you would like to find out more about the environment and sustainability at Lollapalooza, you can find the link to our charter HERE!
It is not permitted to bring furry friends and other animals.
Why Cashless Payment (Cashless Payment by RFID-chip on your Wristband)?
We, FRHUG Festival GmbH & Co KG, Pfuelstraße 5, 10997 Berlin, have entrusted the catering service provider Gastrobüro GmbH & Co KG, Ferropolisstraße 1, 06773 Gräfenhainichen (hereinafter: "catering service provider / GB") with the organization of catering and merchandising on the event site, including a cashless payment system. The cashless payment system simplifies payment on the event site and reduces waiting times. You don't need to carry cash or payment cards with you. You can see how much you have spent and have your cashless payment chip/wristband blocked if there are any problems.
How does Cashless Payment work?
You get a wristband with a chip that you can top up with credit that you can use to pay. To do this, you have to hold the chip up to a reader when paying.
The cashless payment system is not operated by "Catering Service Provider / GB" itself, but by "Catering Service Provider / GB's" cooperation partner Weezevent (https://www.weezevent.com/), 10 Rue Morice, 92110 Clichy (France). If you pay for something at the event (e.g. merchandise / food & drinks), the respective vendor becomes your contracting partner. If there is something wrong with the goods / services, you should contact the vendor; Weezevent will only process the payment.
How do I get the Chip?
You will receive the wristband holding the chip at the entrance to the event site when you present your ticket.
How do I load credit onto the Chip?
In order to load credit onto your chip, you must activate it. You can activate and top up your chip at the cashless payment stations on site or, if you want to activate and top up your chip online, you must first set up a virtual account. You can also do this before the start of the event. The link for setting up a virtual account, activating the chip and topping up the chip online can be found on the event website. If your chip is empty and you want to spend some more, you can top up at the cashless payment stations on site or online (if you have already set up a virtual account). You can top up your chip with up to EUR 250 per month.
The following payment methods are available for topping up your chip at the cashless payment stations on site: debit card, credit card (VISA & MasterCard). The following payment methods are available for topping up your chip online: Paypal, credit card (VISA & MasterCard).
Online activation of your chip is always free of charge.
Can I see my credit balance?
You can see your current credit balance during the payment process at all sales stands at the event. At the cashless payment stations on site and online (if you have already set up a virtual account), you can check your credit balance and all previous payment transactions.
How can I pay with the chip?
If you want to pay with the chip, hold it up to the reader at the sales stand. After payment, the reader will show you the remaining credit on the chip. If an unexpected amount has been debited, please clarify this directly on site so that the transaction can be canceled if necessary.
Please note that you cannot reverse payments yourself, that you have initiated. If you are unable to resolve the problem on site, please use the contact addresses listed at the end of this information.
Take good care of your chip, as others can also use the top-up credit if you lose or pass on the chip. You will not receive a refund for this.
What happens if my chip doesn't work or I no longer have it?
If there are technical problems with the chip, you can have it blocked and receive a new chip with transferred credit free of charge. You can also have your chip blocked free of charge and receive a new chip with transferred credit if you no longer have it. If you have any questions, please contact the addresses listed at the end of this information.
Is my chip personalized or anonymous?
An individual chip ID is stored on your chip, which is linked to your name and e-mail address and stored in your virtual account. This data is required for refunds and the transfer of credit. It is also recorded in the virtual account when, at which sales stand and in what amount credit was debited from the chip. This data is needed to settle accounts with the vendors on site and helps catering service provider / GB to improve its range of goods and services in the future. For this purpose, all data is first anonymized before it is analysed. Further information on data processing can be found HERE. You may not transfer your chip to another person (e.g. give it away or sell it).
How does the refund of the remaining credit work?
Within the first four weeks after the end of the event, you can submit your refund request via your virtual account. Your remaining credit will then be refunded to you free of charge without interest by Weezevent.
Four weeks after the end of the event, you must send your refund request by e-mail to "Catering service provider / GB" (e-mail address: cashless@lollapaloozade.com). Please do not forget to include your bank details and chip number. The credit will then be refunded to you free of charge without interest by catering service provider / GB.
Please keep the chip until you have received the refund. You cannot transfer the right to a refund to another person. Discount promotions and other promotions for which nothing has been paid are not refundable.
Can I use my credit for another event?
No, you can only use the chip with your credit for this event.
Who can I contact if I have problems?
"Catering service provider / GB" has its own crew who have a lot of experience with cashless payment and can answer any questions you may have. You can reach the crew before the start of the event via the cashless support email: cashless@lollapaloozade.com
Catering service provider / GB has its own helpdesk at the event, where you will receive qualified help so that you can continue partying immediately. The opening hours can be found at the helpdesk. After the end of the event, the crew will be available again at Cashless-Support-E-Mail: cashless@lollapaloozade.com
Cashless terms and conditions
The following apply to the use of the cashless payment system Cashless terms and conditions.
On the Lollapalooza Berlin, you can also pay without the cashless system using the PayPal app, a debit card or credit card (Mastercard or Visa)
Paramedics will be on duty on the festival grounds to take care of you in an emergency. Please look for the medical tents or the corresponding guidance system and signs on the festival grounds. The exact location is marked on the site plan. If you need urgent help, contact the nearest steward/security!
If you are diabetic, please bring enough insulin and make sure to eat the right food at the catering stands. We would like to point out that you must register your medication in advance via barrierefrei@lollapaloozade.com and use the barrier-free entrance so that you can check in without any problems.
Medical Emergency
In the event of a medical emergency, you can either contact the nearest steward/security or dial 112 directly. If it is a medical emergency, the paramedics on the premises are alerted at the same time. If something seems strange to you, please do not hesitate to inform the relevant authorities, even if you are not sure whether it is actually an emergency.
If you call 112 or report something to the paramedics, be prepared for the following questions:
- Where is the patient?
- What happened?
- How many injured?
- What injuries?
- Who reports (name is enough – 112 gets your number automatically, it cannot be suppressed)?
- Wait for questions
Even without medical training, you can help afterwards:
Pay attention to your own safety before you help others. If there is no danger to you, start administering first aid. Reassure – care: Injured people are usually afraid and need the certainty that help is on the way.
Ask other people to support you and, if necessary, instruct the emergency services – an ambulance or team of paramedics is on your way to you by foot.
Create a privacy screen so that the injured person does not feel watched by strangers. This is an important issue for many injured people.
The domiciliary rights lie with the organizers and their commissioned third parties during the entire festival. The instructions of the organizer's security service must be followed at all times.
Sun
With bright blue skies and sunshine, it's easy to forget a few essential things:
Please always drink enough water to avoid dehydration of your body. Both during the day and at night. Free drinking water is available on the festival grounds.
Apply a lot of sunscreen with a high sun protection factor.
If the sun is too intense, wear a sun hat or headgear and light clothing that covers the skin.
Important: Pay attention to each other and also remind others to drink enough and apply sunscreen!
Rain
Please check the weather forecast in the morning and dress according to the forecasts.
Storm and thunderstorm
Your safety is our top priority, which is why we have our own festival meteorologist in our team. Should a storm or severe weather approach, we will always keep you up to date and ask you to follow the instructions of the organizer and the security staff.
In case of severe bad weather, the Olympiastadion is a safe shelter – please make your way to the stands/bleachers there if needed.
What to do during Thunderstorms
If we evacuate you to safe areas during a thunderstorm, we need your support. Please
- be sure to follow the instructions of the security service.
- pay attention to the information on our safety boards.
- pay attention to the information on our social media channels and in the festival app.
Avoid trees and branches
Please keep your distance from trees and other wooded areas: lightning can strike trees, branches can break off, fall and lead to injuries.
If you do not manage to reach the evacuation areas in time, then pay attention to the following:
- Avoid elevations or the highest points in the area.
- If possible, look for a hollow in the ground and crouch.
Structures on site
Avoid being near any structures, such as light poles, information towers, etc. on the festival grounds. Of course, we comply with all safety regulations and all superstructures have been approved by the responsible authorities, but a residual risk still remains during thunderstorms.
Please leave tent structures including large tents on the instructions of the security staff, these are not safe areas.
Avoid all metal objects, such as fences or scaffolding during thunderstorms.
As beautiful as campfire romance may be, open fires are prohibited on the entire festival grounds. Due to dry climates and flying sparks, fires can occur very quickly.
If you notice open fires, such as campfires, please let the security service know.
If a fire occurs, please note:
- Your own safety always comes first.
- Keep calm.
- Act decisively.
If you report a fire to 112 or the security service, please be prepared for the following questions:
- Where is it burning?
- What's burning?
- Are there any injuries? If so, how many?
- What injuries do those affected have?
- Who reports the fire?
- Wait for questions
If we can no longer sufficiently ensure your safety on the site, e.g. in the context of an extreme storm situation, we reserve the right to clear the festival site, evacuate you to safe areas or open the site late.
Should such a situation arise, we ask you to do the following:
- Follow the instructions and information of the organizer and the staff.
- Pay attention to your own safety, keep calm and act decisively.
- Take care of your fellow human beings and other festival visitors, pay attention to each other and support each other.
- In the event of an eviction, go to the nearest (emergency) exits, which are indicated by the security services.
- Keep up to date via our official information and social media channels, but also via the security forces and our security boards.
General
Lollapalooza Berlin sees itself as a festival that wants to be equally accessible to all people. In particular, the interests of our visitors with disabilities are an important concern for us. Therefore, we have brought professional support on the way to an inclusive festival into the team in order to be able to offer everyone present the best possible stay.
In the following, we have summarized the most important information about accessibility. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our service mail barrierefrei@lollapaloozade.com at any time.
Barrier-free Timetable
The barrier-free timetable will be released here in the weeks before the festival.
Ticketing & accompanying Person
To visit Lollapalooza Berlin, a paid ticket of your choice is required. Visitors with disabilities can bring an accompanying person to the festival free of charge, provided that the mark "B", "Bl" or "H" is noted in their severely disabled pass. To do this, the free accompanying person ticket must be booked additionally in the ticket shop.
The accompanying person will have access to all areas purchased with the paid ticket. This means that accompaniment is also possible in comfort and VIP areas.
If the person with a disability needs a Kids Ticket, it is not possible to book the Kids Ticket in conjunction with a free escort ticket for technical reasons. In this case, please proceed as follows:
- Book a free escort ticket via our ticket shop.
- Then contact our support via contact@lollapaloozade.com with a request for kids tickets.
- To do this, provide your ticket number and email address under which the escort ticket was booked.
- Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible with the option of booking a Kids Ticket (if available).
You – what would an Event be without you?
We would like to create an event that meets your requirements and offer you the opportunity to get involved. You are welcome to share your wishes, needs and questions under barrierefrei@lollapaloozade.com. We will then try to answer and implement them in a timely manner.
Have you noticed a barrier that we did not consider? Then feel free to send us your impressions and together we will overcome this hurdle. You are also welcome to give feedback after the event, because it is important to us to constantly develop ourselves. With us, your voice is heard and together we create improvements.
Consideration / Household / Right to issue Instructions
To ensure that the festival visit is a beautiful experience with lasting memories, we ask all festival visitors for tolerance, consideration, civil courage and help in emergencies. Everyone should make their personal contribution, because the safety and integrity of the festival visitors is paramount. Therefore, the domiciliary rights during the entire festival lie with the organizer and his commissioned third parties. The instructions of the organizer's security service must be followed at all times.
Persons wearing clothing with an inhumane, homophobic or right-wing extremist background will not be admitted to the site and will not receive a refund of the ticket. Persons who attract attention on the premises through the above-mentioned statements or behaviour will be immediately expelled from the premises without reimbursement.

For guests with limited mobility, BVG offers the Muva ride service, which can be booked via app or phone.More information: www.bvg.de/muva
Barrier-free Parking
There are signposted disabled parking spaces on site. Access is via Trakehner Allee and is located opposite the barrier-free entrance. The owner of the vehicle does not have to be the person with a disability.
If you have any further questions, please contact barrierefrei@lollapaloozade.com.
Barrier-free Entrance
The barrier-free check-in is located at the East Entrance (A) and is signposted there. If you are dependent on a wheelchair or similar mobility aids, we ask you to use this entrance. However, every entrance is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible.
If you are checking in with an accompanying person, check-in for the accompanying person is only possible at the barrier-free check-in at the East Entrance (A). In order for the accompanying person with the escort ticket to be able to check in, the person to be accompanied must be present at check-in. On site, the existence of the corresponding note in the severely disabled person's ID card is then checked, which enables free accompaniment.
The access roads on the site consist partly of meadow, dry meadow, cobblestones and other uneven surfaces. These surfaces can be challenging for wheelchair users in places. We recommend that you consult your accompanying person(s) if necessary.
Service Team for Visitors with Disabilities (“Team Inclusion”)
A mobile service team will be on site at the festival to assist visitors with disabilities with any questions they may have. You can reach the Service Team Inclusion here: barrierefrei@lollapaloozade.com
Awareness team
In addition to the Service Team Inclusion for visitors with disabilities, there is also an Awareness Team that you can contact in critical situations.
All concerns are taken seriously. The Awareness Team can be called upon by the Inclusion Team, but also by security staff. The Awareness Team is mobile and can also be found at the Awareness Point.

Accessible toilets
There are several barrier-free toilets on the festival grounds that are available to you. In the stadium on the west and east curves you will also find water-flushed toilets. All portable toilets on the Maifeld are barrier-free. Additionally, there is an accessible portable toilet on the raised platforms at the Main Stages.
If you notice contamination of the restrooms, please report it to us immediately so that we can address the situation quickly.
Raised pedestals
Raised platforms for wheelchair users and their accompanying person are located at the following stages: Main Stage North & Main Stage South. Please follow the signs.
Note: Places on the podiums are limited. There is no claim to a permanent place.
Sign Language Services
Deaf visitors can bring an accompanying person to the festival free of charge.
A tandem of a Deaf contact person and a hearing sign language interpreter will be available on site. They offer a mobile interpreting service and support you with various issues at the festival.
Just come to the meeting point if you need support.
Disturbing Lighting Effects
Dynamic lighting effects are used at some concerts and DJ sets. If this is a health or mental problem for you, we ask you to take good care of yourself and contact our staff quickly if you are not feeling well.
Registration of medicine
In principle, it is permitted to bring medication and aids to Lollapalooza Berlin. To support the entrance and security checks, we ask you to bring the prescription from your attending physician to prove the necessity of carrying the medication.
In case of diabetes, you can take your pen with you to the site. Please point out to the security that you need the pen. Not everyone is familiar with the topic. Medications such as asthma sprays, headache tablets and allergy medications do NOT need to be registered.
For prescription medications that fall under the Narcotics Act (cannabis or addictive substitutes), please bring a prescription from your attending physician.
If medication needs to be refrigerated on the premises, it is possible at the corresponding info point. Please bring the medication in the original packaging and a storage box labeled with your name to ensure damage-free storage and correct dispensing. If you have any further questions about taking medication with you, please write to us: barrierefrei@lollapaloozade.com.
Carrying assistance dogs
Certified assistance dogs and guide dogs for the blind are welcome at Lollapalooza Berlin. For safety reasons, however, dogs are not permitted in the front of stage areas. We ask for your understanding. If you are dependent on an assistance dog, please contact us at barrierefrei@lollapaloozade.com.
Awareness Team
Feeling uncomfortable, unsafe or overwhelmed? Our awareness team is here for you.
We want Lollapalooza to be a place where everyone can feel free and safe – whether you're dancing, singing, chilling or just being. But sometimes a moment shifts. A feeling changes. A situation gets too much.
- A boundary is crossed
- Someone acts inappropriately
- You feel watched or unsafe
- You see someone else who may need support
You are not alone – and you don’t have to deal with it on your own.
“See something – say something” is more than a slogan – it’s shared responsibility. You can help make Lolla a safer space for everyone.
If something feels off – for you or for someone else – talk to us.
Our experienced awareness team is here for you.
- We’ll listen – without pressure, without judgment
- You can take a break in a protected retreat space (check the site map)
How to find the awareness team?
- Visit the Awareness Station
- Or speak to any crew or security member
Values & Conduct
Lolla together — stay mindful.
We are many – with different styles, stories, and ways of celebrating.
To make Lollapalooza a space where everyone feels free, safe and welcome, we need respect, awareness and care.
How you move through this space affects those around you. Let’s keep the vibe high – together.
What’s not okay:
- Any form of discrimination – e.g. racism, queerphobia, ableism
- Sexist remarks or inappropriate behavior
- Comments or jokes about bodies, clothing, or identity
- Staring, catcalling, filming without consent
- Touch without clear agreement
- “I was just joking” as an excuse for crossing someone’s line
What keeps it good for everyone:
- Ask before you touch someone
- Give space – physically & emotionally
- Don’t judge expression, style, or presence
- Drink water, take breaks – you don’t have to push through
- Check in if someone seems uncomfortable
- Speak up if a boundary is crossed – directly or via crew
Lolla is what we make of it – together. With awareness, it stays good for everyone.
Want to help but don’t know how?
- Speak to the awareness team or any crew member
- Not sure what to do? Ask. Listening helps
We envision a space where lived solidarity comes first and where all people can enjoy a carefree and positive experience. That’s why Lollapalooza Berlin does not tolerate any form of racism, sexism, antisemitism, homo-, bi-, or transphobia, ableism, or any other form of discrimination, exclusion, or harassment. Our goal is to make the festival a place of respect, awareness, and mutual care – where everyone feels safe and accepted, regardless of skin color, gender, sexual orientation or identity, religion, background, disability, or age.
By purchasing a ticket and entering the festival grounds, you agree to our Code of Conduct – which includes a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment.
Violations of this code will be sanctioned and may result in removal from the event. Our awareness teams and festival staff are always available and ready to support all festival visitors who feel uncomfortable or threatened.
